[VIDEO] My Travel Gap Year // ep. 2 (Fears, planning calendars, and appointments)

My travel gap year starts in SEVEN months. That’s crazy to think about. Even though the planning process is a little overwhelming and I’ve Googled “How to plan a travel gap year” more times than I’d like to admit, this video series is keeping me accountable and inspiring me to keep working on this.

In this second episode of the gap year series, I’m taking you through the feelings and fears I’ve been having, the huge planning calendar/inspiration wall that I put together to visualize my timeline, the list of appointments that I need to schedule, and a few other things I’ve done to keep moving forward with this process.

Whether you are curious about the idea of a travel gap year, in the middle of the planning process yourself, or currently ON a gap year, I hope you find some helpful advice and/or inspiration in this video.

If you could travel anywhere, what would be at the top of your list?

Happy Thanksgiving weekend!

[VIDEO] My BTS Love Yourself Tour Experience in Chicago

Good morning and happy Sunday!

I apologize, I know this video is 2 days late. The reason is simply that, at 26 minutes, this is the longest video I’ve ever edited, so exporting it was quite the ordeal. However, it’s done now, and I’m super excited to be sharing it with you.

On October 2nd, I got to see BTS perform live at the United Center in Chicago as part of their Love Yourself World Tour. This was a concert I’d been waiting for and trying to get tickets for since April (watch the video to find out when I actually managed to get tickets, haha, hint: it was very nerve-racking).

I’m sharing my entire concert experience, all the way from how I became an ARMY and how I found out about the tour, to clips from the concert and tips for preparing for your own BTS or K-Pop concert.

I know this is far outside the realm of what I normally do here on The Bliss Bean but this was just a really amazing experience for me so I wanted to create this video as a memory. And since I found it very helpful to watch others’ videos to prepare for this concert, I figured this might be useful to you as well!

Hope you enjoy!
