Hello and happy Friday!

I didn’t know until I saw posts on Instagram that yesterday was World Mental Health Day, so although I didn’t plan it like this, today’s video is quite fitting.

People have told me that from my online presence, or even from the way I present myself in real life, I seem like I have my life all together 100% of the time. My main goal with today’s video is to dispel that misconception. Although I generally like to keep things positive and upbeat here on The Bliss Bean, I think it's important to share both sides of the story and to be honest about my struggles.

A warning - I do talk about disordered eating in this video, so please take care of yourself and don’t watch it if you know it won’t be good for you.

Today I’ve got a simple “study with me” video for you. Even though hundreds (maybe thousands?) of miles may separate us, through the magic of the internet we can study and get productive together!

Yesterday I needed to write and send out my weekly newsletter, as well as study some Korean.
